Project finance and infrastructure-development principal with more than three decades of experience across capital markets, real estate, environmental infrastructure, project entitlements, and public-private delivery. Dewey's background includes project finance work, complex California development, and resource-recovery infrastructure.
Chief Regulatory Counsel
Environmental regulatory counsel with experience across air quality, water, utilities, coal-plant regulation, compliance, and major environmental transactions. A former Latham & Watkins partner and former U.S. EPA attorney, O'Brien brings senior regulatory judgment to complex infrastructure development.
